Another day, another session, another beautiful family memorializing their happy memories in the Grand Teton National Park… what more could you ask for? My time with the Walker family shooting a family portrait session passed by in the blink of an eye as we trekked along the park, captured some breathtaking shots of them against the peaks, and had some good laughs along the way. They also happened to have the two most adorable kids I’ve ever seen, and they weren’t afraid to pose for the camera!
The Walker family loves to travel around the country and their latest excursions brought them to Jackson Hole. One of the first things I noticed about the Walkers was their impeccably coordinated outfits — mother and daughter wore identical long, flowing dresses while father and son donned flannels. This is always a promising sign of a fruitful family portrait session ahead!
I have many favorite shots from this family portrait session, but if I had to pick, I absolutely love the candid one in which the Walkers trudge along the park with the mountains in the back and the sun casting its magical hue over everything. A close second would be the one in which the father and children are seated and smiling up at the camera because they have such a striking resemblance to one another, and it really shows!
